Position Overview

As the Mortgage Operations Manager, you will oversee the administration and coordination of all loan processing, servicing, and default management tasks along with related operational activities. Your role includes making informed business decisions, implementing policies to ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, government, and corporate standards, and collaborating with teams to optimize efficiency and service delivery to internal partners, clients, and stakeholders. You will develop and execute business strategies for designated areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically possess 5-6 years of business-related experience and 1-2 years in a managerial capacity.

Preferred Expertise

• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage lending, servicing, and operational policies and practices.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective organization and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Well-rounded understanding of human resources functions.
• Strong supervisory and management abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Preferred experience with Net Oxygen Cloud LOS platform.
• Familiarity with processing most retail mortgage loan types.
• Willingness to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
