Job description
Role Overview
The position is for a Mortgage Advisor working full-time at the company's Dubai office. The key responsibility is to identify eligible candidates, recommend suitable mortgage financing alternatives, support clients throughout the entire application process, and successfully complete mortgage cases.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in any field is the minimum educational requirement.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the UAE market.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, applicable financial laws, and current local market trends.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities.
