Role overview
Kimberly-Clark is looking for a Merchandizer to manage in-store execution across assigned retail outlets in Dammam. The role focuses on improving product visibility, keeping shelves stocked, and supporting sales performance while staying aligned with brand guidelines and commercial goals.
The position supports a portfolio of well-known brands and is suited to someone who enjoys field work, retail execution, and building strong relationships with store teams. You will be expected to help deliver better care for consumers through disciplined merchandising and day-to-day store support.
Core responsibilities
- Carry out store-level merchandising so products are placed correctly, displayed well, and kept available for shoppers.
- Follow planograms and commercial agreements to ensure the right product placement in every assigned outlet.
- Monitor inventory on shelves and work to prevent out-of-stock situations across all SKUs.
- Set up and maintain POS materials, promotions, and visibility displays such as end-caps, gondolas, and special stands.
- Apply FIFO practices and ensure products are rotated properly.
- Cover assigned outlets every day according to planned routes.
- Develop good working relationships with store managers and supervisors.
- Track competitor activity, including pricing, promotions, and shelf presence.
- Support sales colleagues in executing in-store campaigns and promotional activities.
- Look for opportunities to expand shelf space and improve display execution.
- Contribute to regional sales objectives through strong in-store implementation.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly updates covering SKU availability, share of shelf, and competitor observations.
- Use mobile tools or systems for live reporting.
- Follow company requirements as well as applicable local regulations.
Qualifications and requirements
- A diploma or a higher academic qualification is required.
- Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in merchandising, retail, or FMCG sales is preferred.
- A valid Saudi driving licence is often necessary for field-based work.
- Basic English ability is strongly preferred.
