Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) play a vital role in ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked and attractively displayed to provide customers with an optimal shopping environment. They prioritize safety, accuracy, and efficiency in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement price adjustments, rotate products, and carry out special projects aimed at enhancing product presentation to satisfy supplier requirements and expectations.
• Apply merchandising strategies to ensure that products are correctly exhibited to boost sales and customer appeal.
• Construct and maintain displays and fixtures using hand and power tools, and update display materials, signage, and brochures as needed.
• Collaborate within teams under on-site supervision, supporting multiple store departments by performing physical tasks including repetitive lifting, bending, and operation of lift equipment.
• Foster positive working relationships with store associates and deliver excellent customer service to both internal colleagues and store customers.
• Positions are available during day and overnight shifts, offering full-time or part-time opportunities.
