Role Overview

The Merchandiser will play a crucial role in managing customer queries and product development-related tasks, ensuring smooth coordination among cross-functional teams, monitoring product sampling and costing, and overseeing bulk production to guarantee timely delivery without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from customers and drive product development processes.
• Collaborate effectively with design, sourcing, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Supervise sampling cycles, cost analysis, order approvals, and large-scale production management.
• Maintain quality standards while ensuring prompt delivery schedules.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and internal teams alike.
• Support the expansion of product categories by leveraging market research and customer feedback.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a graduate from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
• Possess between 2 to 4 years of experience in merchandising.
• Exhibit excellent coordination, communication, and analytical capabilities.
• Capable of managing several projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
