Position Overview

We are excited to welcome a motivated Merchandise Coordinator to our team. This role is pivotal in driving store sales growth by effectively implementing established merchandising strategies and standards. You will ensure compliance with company policies, optimize merchandising operations, and maintain product presentation excellence both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within the team to ensure a positive experience for customers in-store and online, addressing customer concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Manage daily merchandising activities, including coordinating planners, set-up guides, and launching new product initiatives.
• Uphold JB Hi-Fi’s brand and store standards through meticulous merchandising, in-store marketing, and captivating product presentation.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with internal departments and external partners to support merchandising objectives.
• Maintain flexibility with working hours, accommodating the store’s seven-day operational schedule.

Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic individual who thrives in a casual and energetic retail environment.
• Experience or familiarity with merchandising practices (events, promotions) or operational aspects (inventory flow, goods handling) in retail.
• Positive, can-do attitude focused on achieving optimal customer satisfaction.
• Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
