Media Buyer

Overview

Taurify is seeking an experienced, results-driven Media Buyer to remotely lead the planning, launch, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads and booked estimates for painting contractors. This role demands ownership of client outcomes, strong analytical skills, and deep knowledge of local business ads on platforms like Meta and Google.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for client results rather than just managing accounts.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google to surpass key performance indicators such as cost per lead, cost per booked estimate, and lead quality.
• Utilize data-driven approaches and marketing expertise to make strategic decisions that increase revenue for clients.
• Think strategically about marketing efforts, understanding critical metrics, their interactions, and prioritizing initiatives accordingly.
• Diagnose campaign issues rapidly including poor leads, funnel problems, creative effectiveness, and appointment setting challenges, then adapt strategies as needed.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and systems personnel.
• Translate analytical data into clear insights and actionable next steps.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve creative content through testing and iteration.
• Communicate campaign performance effectively and clearly to clients and internal teams with data-backed updates and reports.
• Assist in refining internal and client-facing dashboards.

Candidate Profile

• Substantial experience managing local business advertisements on Meta and Google platforms.
• A solid understanding of lead generation and/or local service-based businesses.
• Ability to explain advertising performance in simple English terms.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Enjoys diagnosing reasons behind campaign successes or shortcomings.
• Motivated by optimizing results and relentless testing.

Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet and appropriate work setup.
• Excellent spoken English and strong client presentation skills.
• Availability for full-time work during EST business hours (9am to 5pm).

Compensation & Growth

• Payment is based on performance and responsibility rather than hours worked.
• Starting salary ranges: Junior $1000–$1500, Intermediate $1500–$2250, Experienced $2250–$3500 USD monthly.
• Performance bonuses available.
