Job description
Role Overview
The Master Data Responsible will manage critical customer and product data to ensure accuracy, standardization, and timely updates within systems. This includes handling new customer codes, regulating existing information, adapting route to market (RTM) changes, and preparing new product descriptions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new customer codes with error-free accuracy while managing the integrity of customer information.
- Standardize and regulate current customer data, including transferring information between customer locations and regions.
- Incorporate RTM adjustments into the data management system promptly.
- Prepare and update new product descriptions quickly and accurately.
- Maintain the accuracy and standardization of all information within the internal systems.
- Promptly address requests pertaining to new products, revisions, and customer account openings or cancellations.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience in sales-related roles.
- Fundamental skills and experience in data management.
- Proficiency in the English language.
