With expanding commercial activities in Europe, they are growing their marketing team and seeking a skilled Marketing Programs Manager to spearhead strategy and execution across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement regional go-to-market strategies that align with broader global commercial aims.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns utilizing both digital and traditional platforms.
- Support product introductions and initiatives to grow the regional market presence.
- Organize and manage conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and client events throughout Europe.
- Establish and maintain strong connections with key customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Work closely with Product Management, Commercial, and Global Marketing teams to synchronize efforts.
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and customer demands to uncover new business opportunities.
- Create engaging content and messaging that conveys complex scientific topics to commercial stakeholders.
- Assist regional sales teams with marketing programs aimed at revenue enhancement.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently, coordinating across various countries and time zones.
Candidate Profile
- A degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related Life Science field.
- Prior experience in marketing or market development within the Life Science sector.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or academic research clientele.
- Knowledge of genomics, molecular biology, sequencing technologies, or similar research domains.
- Proven ability to develop integrated marketing campaigns and commercial strategies.
- Strong competencies in project and event management.
- Excellent communication and presentation prowess.
- A cooperative mindset with experience collaborating across international teams.
- Capacity to balance strategic planning alongside practical execution.
