Role overview

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will run POSM (point-of-sale material) operations, strengthen process quality, and support the spread of knowledge across the German market. The position coordinates important POSM workflows for the Moët Hennessy portfolio in Germany and serves as the team’s SAP go-to person.

You will work hand in hand with Sales and Marketing, with additional support from external agencies, to improve execution quality, create greater consistency, and keep information moving on time. A central part of the role is to continuously refine processes and systems in the German marketing environment and build portfolio templates that better support team needs, resulting in a more structured and efficient way of working.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full scope of POSM processes across the Moët Hennessy portfolio in Germany.
  • Bring structure to POSM and VAP workflows and help circulate knowledge within the German market.
  • Act as the Marketing team’s SAP specialist in Germany, supporting orders, accreditation, invoicing, blocking, and related operations.
  • Support high-quality execution of marketing activities by improving consistency and ensuring information is shared promptly.
  • Continuously review and enhance processes and systems used in the German marketing setup.
  • Create portfolio templates that improve clarity, efficiency, and team organisation.
  • Ensure flawless delivery of event POSM.
  • Handle mobile bar operations, including the calendar, logistics, repairs, new concepts, cost tracking, and agency coordination, while serving as the main contact for internal mobile bar users.
  • Partner with purchasing to identify priority projects, improve conditions, and manage glass trays, POSM stock, and POSM exchanges.
  • Process POSM orders and related SAP administration in coordination with Customer Service and Logistics.
  • Own annual POSM demand planning, including template creation, catalogue development, order recommendations, cost control, commitments, and estimates.
  • Supervise the POSM order app/system and logistics coordination with Maison and local stakeholders.
  • Track POSM orders and usage, review inventory regularly, and develop automation or recommendation systems for brands.
  • Lead the biannual standard display production projects for the Off-Trade team.
  • Maintain the SharePoint-based knowledge management platform.
  • Improve core templates such as reporting, product details, promotion overviews, and POSM information.
  • Build and maintain accessible calendar structures.
  • Set up portfolio budget projects and manage invoicing.
  • Create standardised product, brand, concept, and activation materials and information packs.
  • Lead annual presentations for the Sales team in alignment with Marketing.
  • Build and manage a network of agencies, designers, and suppliers to support project delivery.
  • Brief external partners on Moët Hennessy execution standards.
  • Maintain the German agency pool, including identification, rate tracking, and yearly updates.
  • Develop pitch document frameworks and support process management.
  • Review current marketing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strengthen communication channels and collaboration structures through practical improvements.

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration, logistics, or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • Initial experience in logistics or brand/trade marketing in the German market is expected.
