Marketing Head

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives at Wisefund Finance Corporation, based at our head office in Queensland, Australia. This full-time onsite role involves developing strategic marketing plans and managing teams to drive business growth in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of three years’ experience working in banking or finance, with at least two years in a managerial capacity.
• Have a proven track record in creating and sustaining effective marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate strong technical marketing expertise and comprehensive knowledge of financial products and the industry landscape.
• Exhibit excellent communication capabilities, both verbal and written, alongside solid decision-making, negotiating, and conflict resolution skills.
• Effectively build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
• Perform well under pressure and navigate challenging scenarios confidently.
• Be open to traveling for field assignments as required.

Additional Information

This position is headquartered at the company’s main office and requires regular physical presence. Travel for fieldwork is an integral part of this role.
