Role Overview

We are seeking a talented designer to join our Brand & Marketing Design team during an exciting phase of brand growth. Reporting directly to the Design Director of Brand and Marketing and closely interacting with the broader marketing team, this position is responsible for crafting and delivering design assets that advance Karbon’s marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Create design solutions for web and mobile marketing experiences within complex environments.
Collaborate on long-form content design such as ebooks and industry reports.
Produce social media visuals and advertising creatives, utilizing AI tools to generate variations and efficiently test concepts.
Design sales presentations, collateral, and event-related materials.
Assist in designing and producing branded merchandise.
Engage in conversion optimization activities including testing design effectiveness.
Support internal company design requirements when necessary.
Maintain consistency of Karbon’s brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.
Stay updated with design trends and emerging AI capabilities, proposing innovative ideas and technologies to enhance marketing designs.
Contribute to evolving brand expression through creative collaboration.
Participate actively in marketing ideation and execution within the team.

Candidate Profile

Proficient in Figma with experience guiding AI-augmented design workflows.
Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual design principles.
Excellent organizational capacity and attention to detail, ensuring outputs align with brand standards.
Effective communication and writing skills, capable of crafting short-form content emphasizing the design-word synergy.
Firm grasp of web and digital media fundamentals.
Motivated to independently own projects from start to completion with critical evaluation skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Minimum three years of professional experience in marketing-oriented design roles.
Experience with AI-assisted design or content generation tools is required.
Bonus skills include lightweight video editing and familiarity with B2B software branding.
