Job Overview
Immediate openings are available at an Industrial Engineering and Industrial Valves Manufacturing firm located in Thane, Maharashtra. The company is seeking motivated individuals aiming to advance their careers in the Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. Two key roles are open: Sales Quotation Preparation Executive and Planning Engineer, both based in Wagle Estate, Thane (West).
Positions and Details
- Sales Quotation Preparation Executive: Salary range is ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, open to candidates under 30 years old and welcoming all genders.
- Planning Engineer: Salary range is ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month, preferred male candidates under 30 years old. The role involves factory visits twice a week at the company’s manufacturing unit in Kudus near Bhiwandi.
Responsibilities
Sales Quotation Preparation Executive responsibilities include supporting the sales team by preparing quotations, managing and responding to emails professionally, maintaining quotation documents, and assisting daily coordination and documentation tasks.
Planning Engineer duties involve overseeing order execution planning, collaborating closely with purchasing, design, and manufacturing teams, preparing and monitoring production plans, ensuring timely follow-ups across departments, and tracking production progress at the factory.
Requirements and Preferences
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communications, along with strong typing skills and effective communication in English. The Planning Engineer role also requires communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
Prior experience is essential: quotation or tender preparation for Sales Quotation Executive; production planning or order execution for Planning Engineer. Familiarity with GeM or similar tender portals is a plus for quotation role. Experience in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Valves, engineering manufacturing, fabrication, and related industries is highly preferred.
