Manager, Student Experience and Development

About the Role

NTU PACE is looking for a Manager to enhance the experience and growth of postgraduate coursework (PGC) students. The role requires collaboration with various NTU departments to boost NTU's capacity in educating PGC students, streamlining key processes, and expanding support services that enrich their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to promote student engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and optimize processes related to application, admission, enrollment, course offerings, internships, job placements, and accommodation services.
• Facilitate services that support academic skills development, career readiness, stress management, social interaction, and overall mental health.
• Provide administrative assistance to Senior Management including scheduling, correspondence, record management, and team communication facilitation.
• Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to improve the overall student experience and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least five years of experience in student life management, support, or development roles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Capable of functioning well under pressure with a strong passion for student support.
• Counselling and mentoring experience is preferred.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Effective team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
