  • Assist with the yearly budget process by preparing forecasts, evaluating portfolio outcomes, and offering strategic recommendations.
  • Work together with internal teams on enhancing portfolio branding, positioning strategies, marketing campaigns, and asset improvement projects.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree holder in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building Management, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in commercial and retail leasing.
