Role Overview

MobiKwik is seeking a careful, proactive HR professional to join its People team in Gurugram. This is a hands-on position focused on administering and governing the HRMS platform (Darwin), maintaining high-quality people data, and supporting HR Operations through reporting, analytics, and process enhancement.

The right candidate will bring strong HRMS expertise, a sharp eye for data accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR and business stakeholders.

HRMS Administration

  • Act as the main administrator and support contact for the Darwin HRMS platform.
  • Handle employee lifecycle updates in the system, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, exits, and mapping changes.
  • Maintain system modules such as employee master data, organizational structure, leave, and attendance.
  • Work with Darwin vendor and support teams to resolve issues, manage product updates, and address customization needs.
  • Keep all system records accurate, complete, and compliant at all times.
  • Promote adoption of the system among HR and business users through training and process documents.
  • Spot opportunities to simplify workflows, improve automation, and reduce manual effort.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Create and share routine HR dashboards and MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, and similar metrics.
  • Support one-off data requests from HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain consistent report formats in Darwin and in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ensure reporting data remains clean, aligned, and reliable across all people reports.

HR Operations Support

  • Support payroll inputs by ensuring attendance and leave information is accurate and ready for the payroll team.
  • Manage employee records and documentation in accordance with company policy and statutory obligations.
  • Assist with audits by sharing timely HR information and supporting documents.

Projects and Additional Work

  • Contribute to HR transformation initiatives such as system upgrades, policy implementation, and process redesign.
  • Support key HR activities including goal setting, appraisal cycles, increment rollouts, and new joiner surveys.
  • Handle other related tasks assigned by the HR Operations Lead.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline. The role requires 4 to 7 years of experience in HR Operations, including 2 to 3 years of direct HRMS administration experience.

Experience with Darwin HRMS is preferred. Exposure to other enterprise HRMS tools such as Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday will also be considered.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization, is important. Experience in a fast-growing startup or fintech environment will be an added advantage.
