Role Overview

As the company grows internationally, strong operational execution is critical to producing creative work that supports business goals and elevates the WHOOP brand. The Manager, Creative Operations will oversee the daily running and ongoing refinement of the systems, processes, and workflows that support the Creative organization. Reporting to the Director of Brand Operations & Production, this position will manage intake, prioritization, resource planning, workflow governance, creative technology administration, and operational reporting across a wide range of creative initiatives. The role partners with Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Production teams to make sure work is properly scoped, prioritized, staffed, and delivered efficiently, while also helping scale the organization through digital asset management, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full intake and prioritization process for creative work so requests align with business goals, team capacity, and broader organizational priorities.
  • Run day-to-day workflow coordination across creative initiatives, with clear visibility into project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery dates.
  • Oversee staffing and capacity planning for the Creative team, spotting workload gaps, resource constraints, and ways to improve efficiency.
  • Work with Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Production partners to define project requirements, timelines, priorities, and success measures.
  • Manage and grow the Creative Operations team by setting priorities, reinforcing operational discipline, and supporting reliable execution across the portfolio.
  • Create, document, and improve operational processes, governance practices, and standards that strengthen quality, consistency, and scale.
  • Administer and continuously improve the team’s operational tools and platforms, including project management systems, digital asset management, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Brand Operations & Production to implement and expand digital asset management, including governance, training, and best practices for asset handling across the organization.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting structures that show utilization, project health, delivery performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks, introduce scalable fixes, and use automation and AI to improve efficiency and strengthen team operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, project management, agency operations, or a similar operational function.
  • Background leading operational processes for creative, brand, marketing, or integrated campaign teams.
  • Proven ability to build and refine workflows, governance, and operational systems in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization across multiple stakeholders and simultaneous projects.
  • Solid understanding of creative production workflows and cross-functional collaboration in marketing and creative settings.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, creative workflow systems, digital asset management platforms, and related creative technology.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a track record of turning operational findings into practical action.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, balance competing demands, and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing and developing individual contributors is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to using AI tools in everyday work while maintaining the same quality standards expected of your own output.

Compensation and Benefits
