About the Mental Health Review Tribunal

  • Provide expert advice regarding procurement and contract management processes.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources including human resources, assets, and facilities to align with Tribunal priorities.
  • Implement and monitor quality management systems by setting KPIs and performance targets to promote continuous improvement and uphold best practices.
