• Engage in 2-3 rotations, each lasting six months, across five divisions: Consumer Products, Luxury, Dermatological Beauty, Professional Products, and Corporate.

Candidate Profile

Program Details

• Explore diverse roles including retail account management, B2B ecommerce, sales operations, and category strategy development.
• Collaborate with a broad range of retail partners including pharmacy, grocery, discount stores, specialty beauty retailers, department stores, e-boutiques, and ecommerce platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts by delivering integrated growth strategies.
• Contribute to the development and execution of commercial plans, including negotiating commercial deals linked to product launches and promotions.
• Obtain marketing experience involving traditional and digital campaign management, influencer collaborations, and PR agency partnerships.
• Support the enhancement of online digital presence through activities like website and CRM design and engaging EDM communications.
• Analyze market, product, and sales data to generate insightful category intelligence for brand teams.
