Job Overview

AJZ Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a Management Trainee fluent in Hindi and English to join our operations team at Chennai. This role involves supporting daily operations and contributing to departmental goals through collaboration, analysis, and active participation in various projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with everyday operational activities and help achieve the objectives of different departments.
• Collaborate closely with multiple teams across functions to align efforts and improve processes.
• Analyze operational data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform management decisions.
• Engage in the planning and execution phases of campaigns, projects, and enhancements to existing processes.
• Take responsibility for designated projects and present results and learnings to leadership.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Proven analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both Hindi and English is required for effective communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling productive interactions within and across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word – to handle data and prepare presentations.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with a high degree of initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a dynamic and fast-moving business environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills ensuring deadlines are met.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) or Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S.) in any specialization.
