Program Overview
Join Enterprise Mobility’s respected Management Training Program based in Abbotsford, BC, to quickly launch your career path. This full-time role provides a foundation in sales, customer service, business development, retail management, and operations, ensuring clear progression opportunities. Trainees receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and development support all within a culture focused on promoting from within.

This position is located at Unit 33271 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC V2S 2B2, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Begin your management training at a neighborhood branch, learning the business comprehensively from day one.
- Serve as the customer-facing representative and operational lead behind the scenes.
- Develop expertise to manage your own branch, grow new business, and build your team.
- Participate in community engagement to foster business relationships.
- Learn key skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and day-to-day operations.
- Embrace a collaborative and competitive culture to drive business growth and personal success.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian institution or an equivalent international qualification recognized by WES or IRCC, with preference for degrees in BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields.
- Have a minimum of six months cumulative experience in sales/customer service roles (including commission sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality) or leadership roles (such as military service, athletics, team activities, or club involvement).
- Hold a valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the last five years.
- Be authorized to work in Canada without requiring company-sponsored work authorization now or in the future. Note that this Management Trainee role generally does not qualify for permanent residency via NOC classification.
