Maintenance Technician (Ken Fix It)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and resourceful maintenance professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and providing innovative solutions to guests. This role is based at Arabian Park Dubai, Edge by Rotana.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs or replacements of various types of tiles on floors and walls as needed.
• Conduct general repair work on block walls and wall plastering.
• Fix and restore damaged shelving and furniture.
• Carry out general painting tasks when necessary.
• Handle plumbing repairs and replace silicone sealant as required.
• Repair or replace broken windows, doors, and locks.
• Comply with Rotana’s policies and procedures.
• Report any major damages to supervisors promptly.

Education and Experience

A diploma or training in general maintenance is preferred, along with prior experience in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, or electrical work. Proficiency in English and the ability to identify and correct faults are vital.
