Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves active participation in a systematic maintenance and cleaning program aimed at ensuring a safe and spotless environment for both shoppers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with the Stocking 3 Coach and collaborate with team members to uphold a thorough cleaning routine.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety standards and cold chain practices.
• Perform prompt cleaning tasks across all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Support the inspection and upkeep of maintenance and cleaning tools to sustain operational readiness and maintain sufficient cleaning supplies.
• Foster workplace safety by completing mandatory in-store certification programs and observing all corporate policies and procedures.
• When assigned, carry out floor cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet maintenance throughout non-retail areas.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• The starting wage for this position is $18.05 per hour.
