Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics & Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team on a contract basis. This fully remote role involves reviewing and enhancing logistics documentation and workflows, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify logistics documents including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers to confirm their authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Create sample documents that exemplify best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Assess current supply chain processes and recommend actionable improvements based on practical experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios focusing on documentation structure and process optimization.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify requirements and communicate complex logistics concepts effectively.
• Engage in quality assurance activities by ensuring the accuracy and suitability of supply chain datasets.
• Contribute to developing training materials and resources that mirror industry standards and address complex supply chain challenges.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in logistics and supply chain management, with expertise in handling packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, documentation, and global supply chain practices.
• Strong command of English with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical information.
• Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing and preparing supply chain documentation.
• Proven analytical skills to identify and implement process enhancements within logistics.
• Advanced degree such as a Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable working independently in a remote team environment and committed to delivering high-quality results promptly.
