About the Role

We are seeking motivated Loan Executives to join a leading company in the Fintech and Loan sector. The role focuses on promoting loan products, managing customer interactions, and guiding loan applicants through the process, with an emphasis on building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Expanding loan product sales by actively reaching out to potential customers.
• Handling follow-ups on leads provided by the company to maximize conversions.
• Assisting and advising customers throughout the loan application journey.
• Establishing and nurturing strong, ongoing relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have at least 6 months of prior experience in loan sales.
• Possession of a personal bike is essential for fieldwork.

• Willingness to work in an on-field capacity, engaging with customers directly.

• Fixed monthly in-hand salary of ₹16,000.
