Role Overview
The Learning & Development Lead plays a pivotal role in collaborating with business leaders and experts to assess current and future workforce capability needs. This position drives the creation and enhancement of strategic learning solutions that develop essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned with organisational objectives.
Responsibilities include leading the design, delivery, commissioning, and evaluation of learning initiatives to ensure alignment with workforce requirements, quality standards, and organisational priorities. Through evidence-based methods and cooperation with stakeholders, the role promotes ongoing improvement in workforce capability, learning effectiveness, and employee growth.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to analyse and prioritise workforce skills and knowledge requirements, in line with strategic goals and emerging trends.
- Oversee the creation, delivery, and ongoing refinement of diverse learning programmes utilizing classroom, virtual, blended, self-directed, and workplace learning formats.
- Engage with internal experts and external providers to commission and implement high-quality learning resources and pathways that address organisational capability gaps.
- Develop and maintain learning and development pathways, skill frameworks, and development initiatives to offer employees and managers clear career progression routes.
Qualifications & Experience
- A third-level qualification or equivalent at NFQ Level 8 in a relevant area, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Possession of an MCIPD qualification is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development or Organisational Development.

Working Conditions
This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 39 hours per week. The location is at 10D Beckett Way, Park West Business Park, Dublin 12, Ireland. The position features a hybrid working model: two days per week onsite and three days remote from home.
