Lead Ranger - Waste Operations & Facilities

Overview

This role is for a Lead Ranger focused on waste operations and facilities support in Al Ain, working on a direct-hire basis for a government client. The position is intended for Emiratisation and requires someone comfortable with field operations, supervision, and safety-focused work.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day waste collection, segregation, recycling, and disposal activities.
• Check facility cleanliness, equipment condition, and overall operational readiness.
• Coordinate and guide field teams as well as contractors so targets are achieved.
• Apply and uphold HSE standards together with environmental compliance requirements.
• Carry out site inspections, document incidents, and support resolution of operational problems.
• Keep accurate daily logs and records related to operations and safety.

Requirements

• Freshers may apply; candidates with up to 2+ years of experience are also suitable.
• Background in waste operations or facilities management is preferred.
• Working knowledge of HSE practices and environmental compliance is required.
• Ability to track operations, prepare reports, and maintain records accurately.
• Good problem-solving ability and clear communication skills.
• Must be able to work in field-based and shift-based settings.
