Within this context, the Ranger Buddies franchise ignites children’s growth through engaging stories and interactive real-world adventures. We seek a skilled educator or child-development professional to lead the integration of a cutting-edge growth framework across all Ranger Buddies initiatives, including missions, animations, parent engagement, marketing, and partnerships.

Role Objectives

• Ensure all content is age-appropriate and captivating for children aged 4-9.
• Maintain credibility and value for parents.
• Ground all initiatives firmly in sound child-development principles.
• Implement a consistent framework across diverse products and experiences.

This role blends education, storytelling, product innovation, entertainment, and parenting expertise to create a future-ready child-development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and detail the C.O.U.R.A.G.E framework into a practical model that clearly defines child strengths, capabilities, and observable behaviors, providing tools and guidelines for its application and setting appropriate expectations for the target age group.
• Collaborate with Missions, Product, and Experience teams to translate developmental goals into engaging, repeatable activities that prioritize learning through action, choice, and reflection over instruction alone, balancing educational value with fun and storytelling.
• Partner with animation and storytelling teams to weave the framework naturally into character journeys, ensuring themes and developmental arcs support confidence, resilience, creativity, collaboration, and care without undermining entertainment.
• Lead parent engagement efforts by crafting a trusted and accessible parenting proposition, creating helpful content such as articles, videos, and toolkits, translating research into practical advice, and supporting workshops and media involvement while avoiding making Ranger Buddies seem like a formal academic program.
• Establish quality control and evidence standards by reviewing developmental claims, defining evidence requirements, guiding progress measurement tools like parent dashboards, analyzing child engagement, and ensuring marketing and partnerships align with child and parent trust.

Success Criteria Within Two Years

• Adoption of a clear and user-friendly child-growth framework across Ranger Buddies.
• Consistent reflection of child-development principles in missions and content.
• Availability of practical guidelines empowering teams and partners to apply the framework autonomously.
• Recognition of Ranger Buddies as a credible and trusted partner by parents through thought leadership and engaging content.
• Implementation of clear evidence-based developmental claims and progress measurement.
• High levels of child engagement and repeated participation in Ranger Buddies activities.

Candidate Profile

• Advanced expertise in education, child development, learning sciences, or related areas with at least 10 years’ relevant experience.
• Proven ability to design learning frameworks, programs, media, or experiences for children aged 4–9.
• Skilled at converting theoretical knowledge into practical, engaging applications.
• Effective collaborator across creative, product, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Strong communicator targeting both professional and parent audiences.
• Sound judgement on evidence quality, developmental claims, and child wellbeing.
• Experience in children’s media, education technology, entertainment, or parenting content is a plus.
