About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive to join our team, specializing in real estate software. This full-time opportunity is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with a focus on identifying and nurturing potential clients for our software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads within the real estate software industry.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to provide detailed information about our products.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings or site visits with Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities to ensure consistent communication.
Candidate Requirements
- At least six months of prior telecalling experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills are essential.
- Applicants must be committed, serious, and dedicated to achieving targets.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package includes a fixed monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 INR, alongside motivating incentives based on performance.
