Overview

The Group Performance Reporting & Analysis team plays a crucial role in supporting the Executive leadership and Board members by delivering insights that guide strategic choices across various markets, product categories, and sales channels. Within this team, the Group Management Reporting function is responsible for providing comprehensive financial performance analyses covering the entire organization.

In collaboration with the CFO's office, Global Planning, and Finance Business Intelligence units, you will engage with worldwide markets to deliver clear, timely, and decision-oriented insights using standardized reporting frameworks and visualization platforms such as Tableau.

Key Duties

  • Leverage 3 to 7 years of expertise in performance monitoring and analytical reporting.
  • Maintain meticulous accuracy and attention to detail throughout reporting documents and senior management presentations.
  • Coordinate with the Group Management Reporting team to ensure prompt and superior month-end reporting and performance assessments for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders including the CFO's office, Global Planning, and BI teams to harmonize management reporting, planning narratives, and BI deliverables.
  • Take ownership of significant aspects of Group Management Reporting such as actuals closing, preparing Executive/Board reporting packages, performance commentary, and Tableau-based reports.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with global Finance teams to promote consistency and standardization within management reporting and dashboard development.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and address senior leadership requests including those commissioned by the Board or CFO.
  • Champion ongoing enhancements in the Group Management Reporting systems, frameworks, processes, and reporting tools.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with beneficial experience in OneStream software.
  • Exceptional focus on detail, ensuring high accuracy, control, and integrity of data.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for refining reporting operations, dashboards, and systems to boost efficiency and insights.
  • Adaptable and well-organized with strong prioritization capabilities.
  • Commercially savvy with the aptitude to decipher performance trends and convert data into insightful Executive and Board-level narratives.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and building effective relationships with senior global stakeholders, particularly the CFO office and Finance teams worldwide.
  • Local presence in Singapore is mandatory; candidates must have the legal authorization to work in Singapore as visa sponsorship is not offered.
