Lead Analyst - General Ledger

Overview

The Lead Analyst - General Ledger will manage and record transactions within the accounting and ERP systems, ensuring accurate financial data processing and compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Record accounting transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Compile data and generate financial reports.
• Maintain compliance with invoice accounting controls and support both internal and external audits.
• Engage in process automation initiatives related to accounting workflows.
• Initiate and process journal entries across various accounts.
• Ensure proper integration of accounting system interfaces.
• Manage Accounts Payable tasks such as executing payment runs, reviewing open purchase orders, receipts, and unapproved invoices, as well as controlling travel and expense payments.
• Handle Accounts Receivable by preparing client invoices with moderate to high complexity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and journal entries.
• Familiarity with SAP and Blackline systems is advantageous.
