The only resort on this island provides rustic villas and suites that serve as intimate escapes, creating a feeling of luxurious isolation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism at all times by following conduct standards, fire safety rules, departmental policies, and house regulations.
• Wear supplied uniform neatly and ensure personal grooming is clean and tidy during all shifts.
• Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts and notify supervisors promptly if unable to attend, following employee handbook guidelines.
• Operate spotting tables to achieve superior cleaning quality according to Four Seasons’ standards.
• Manage washers, extractors, and dryers properly to clean laundry items to set standards.
• Handle flatwork ironers, folding machines for sheets and towels, and other related equipment correctly.
• Sort, inspect, and label guest laundry and staff uniforms accurately.
• Ensure that all guest and employee clothing is processed and presented in line with established procedures and brand quality standards.
• Sort, process, and package linens for rooms, spa, and food & beverage departments efficiently to meet operational timelines.
• Maintain processing standards for all F&B, spa, and rooms linens as per core guidelines.
• Report any valuable or lost items discovered in laundry to supervisors and security immediately.
• Distribute staff uniforms on a clean-for-soiled exchange basis and keep accurate daily records.
• Perform daily quality assessments on uniforms before issuing to personnel, reporting any damages or wear to supervisors and tailors.
• Operate housekeeping buggies safely and in compliance with company protocols and safety measures.
• Stay informed on basic hotel information to assist guests with inquiries effectively.
• Report unusual incidents or special instructions during shift handovers promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain effective communication with various hotel departments.
• Alert supervisors to any necessary repairs, damages, or maintenance requirements in laundry areas.
• Participate in linen inventory checks regularly to ensure stock accuracy.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized according to cleanliness standards daily.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
