Role Overview
Itcube Solutions is looking for a Korean Language Specialist to support communication, translation, and coordination tasks for Korean-speaking stakeholders. The role involves working with written content, live conversations, and cross-team communication in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business documents, marketing content, emails, and reports between Korean and English with accuracy and attention to context.
- Support meetings, conferences, and training sessions by providing live Korean-English interpretation.
- Draft and research content that is clear, relevant, and culturally suitable for different communication channels.
- Serve as a communication link between internal teams and Korean-speaking clients, partners, or leadership.
- Where required, handle customer support tasks such as answering queries, resolving issues, and managing accounts through email, chat, or phone.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in Korean Language, Linguistics, Translation, International Studies, or a similar discipline. Strong command of both written and spoken Korean and English is necessary. A TOPIK certification at Level 3 or 4 is typically expected. Candidates should also bring 1 to 3+ years of practical experience in translation, interpretation, or corporate communication, along with a solid understanding of Korean business culture and etiquette.
