Position overview

We are seeking a warehouse picker for an established company with strong regional roots in Berlin. The role sits within a modern working environment that values team spirit, open communication, and practical digital tools.

What you will do

• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch using digital warehouse systems and scanners.
• Retrieve customer orders from the warehouse and complete the picking process accurately.
• Check products carefully before shipment to maintain a high quality standard.
• Package items securely so they are protected during transport.
• Work closely with the wider team and support additional logistics tasks when needed.
• Use digital tools efficiently to keep workflows organized and productive.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training, preferably in logistics, or hold an equivalent qualification.
• You bring 1 to 5 years of experience in a picker/warehouse fulfillment role.
• You can communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written.
• Experience with digital systems such as scanners is an advantage.
• You work carefully, reliably, and with a cooperative team mindset.
• You are prepared to work shifts if the job requires it.
