Role overview
Wagamama places fresh food at the center of everything it does. The kitchens focus on quality ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and a fast, energetic service style. In this role, you will help prepare and cook food for guests while building useful skills and working alongside a diverse team.
What you will do
- Handle fresh ingredients carefully and with accuracy.
- Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard, balancing quality with speed.
- Work with the wider team to keep service running efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy, well-organized station throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety procedures to help keep everyone protected.
- Bring a positive attitude to each shift and support colleagues.
