Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kiosk as if it were your own business, mastering all menu items and operational processes.
• Drive business performance by managing sales, labor, and food costs, actively seeking ways to meet and exceed targets.
• Inspire, motivate, and guide your team to consistently provide exceptional service and maintain high-quality food preparation standards.
• Pay close attention to detail in maintaining consistent standards within a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately complete daily documentation, including delivery logs, waste tracking, and temperature checks for food safety compliance.
