Role Overview
STRABAG is hiring a Kalkulator:in (m/w/d) for the Facility Management area in Frankfurt, Hesse. The role focuses on building, checking, and improving cost calculations for bids, offer projects, and tailor-made customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and budget planning for bids and tender projects.
- Develop calculations for customer-specific solutions and concepts.
- Create and update profitability analyses for offer projects.
- Support the setup and refinement of standardized cost-calculation methods.
- Help derive cost benchmarks by evaluating completed projects.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing updating of technical concepts.
- Assist with evaluation of bids from external contractors.
- Maintain and manage calculation data and related records.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in engineering or business studies, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in technical or infrastructure facility management.
