Role Overview and Duties

We are looking to expand our creative team with a Junior Web & Graphic Designer who is passionate about digital design, open to learning, and ready to contribute within a multidisciplinary creative setting. This early-career position offers the chance to develop skills alongside experienced art directors, designers, motion artists, copywriters, and strategists.

• Design responsive websites, landing pages, digital advertisements, email templates, and social media content.
• Collaborate closely with senior creatives on brand campaigns and new product launches.
• Support digital design projects using Figma.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and team critiques.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly.

Candidate Profile

• Between 0 to 3 years of relevant design experience, including agency work, freelance, or internships.
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual design abilities and good understanding of digital platforms.
• Skilled in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bilingualism in French and English is highly desirable.
• An interest in motion design, user experience, or branding is considered an advantage.
• Exhibits initiative, curiosity, and collaborative teamwork spirit.
• While a hybrid work model is provided, candidates should be enthusiastic about spending most time onsite at our Montréal studio to benefit from direct mentoring, hands-on coaching, and creative collaboration.
