Role overview

This is a fully remote contract opportunity with a team focused on mental health and parenting content. The work centers on shaping podcast episodes into polished video and audio pieces, supporting social-first distribution, and helping maintain a consistent content calendar. The broader aim is to spread educational messaging, reduce stigma around mental health, and encourage community interaction through creative storytelling.

Key deliverables

• Edit and package 2 to 4 video podcasts each month with strong audio and visual quality.
• Produce short-form clips designed for different social media platforms.
• Create graphics and other visual assets that align with planned content releases.
• Handle post scheduling and publishing across social channels to improve visibility and engagement.
• Work with the team to develop and execute fresh content ideas connected to mental health and parenting themes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Background in producing content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong visual design ability, with working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Good planning and coordination skills for managing a content schedule.
• Awareness of mental health subjects and the ability to approach them thoughtfully and appropriately.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently from a remote setup.
• Capacity to meet recurring monthly production commitments.
