Role Overview

The Junior Placement Officer will play a vital role in backing placement efforts and career development activities for students. This full-time position based onsite in Kerala involves coordinating campus placement events, facilitating interviews, and driving industry interaction. Key tasks include assisting learners with resume building, interview preparation, and providing career guidance. The role requires collaboration with faculty and the placement team to understand hiring needs, monitor placement status, and maintain comprehensive records. Additionally, the Officer will help organize workshops, training initiatives, and outreach to bolster employer relations and increase student employability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience or skills in managing campus placement drives and engaging with recruiters.
• Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with students and academic staff.
• Career counseling expertise to advise on job roles, industry standards, and career paths.
• Capability in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and skill enhancement programs.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
