Junior OTC Operations Analyst

Position Overview

An international financial services company based in Dublin is on the lookout for a Junior OTC Operations Analyst to enhance its expanding team. This role is suited for individuals aiming to establish a lasting career in investment banking or capital markets operations within a dynamic and cooperative work environment.

Key Duties

• Oversee and facilitate the settlement process for equity and fixed income trades.
• Handle trade matching activities, as well as resolve settlement discrepancies and failures.
• Support reconciliation processes for both cash and securities.
• Contribute to securities financing and manage collateral-related tasks.
• Execute corporate action processing and manage cash flow movements.
• Collaborate closely with traders, custodians, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing operational procedures and support business growth projects.
• Maintain compliance with operational risk management, control standards, and regulatory requirements consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Previous work experience in settlements or a middle-office role is mandatory.
• Knowledge of securities lending, derivatives, or capital markets products is beneficial but not a requirement.
• Detail-oriented mindset combined with excellent organizational capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from €35,000 to €45,000, in addition to an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
