About the Role
NTU International is preparing a proposal for a project focused on enhancing communication outreach and engagement regarding EU policies throughout North Africa, the Middle East, and the Gulf region. The company is assembling a roster of qualified Junior and Senior Non-Key Experts for short-term, on-demand assignments within this 36-month initiative. This position aims to offer strategic, technical, and logistical communication support to DG MENA, helping boost the visibility and impact of EU policies, initiatives, and partnerships across the designated regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual materials for communication campaigns on both digital and printed platforms.
- Develop infographics, illustrations, brochures, presentations, banners, social media graphics, and various other communication assets.
- Maintain the visual identity and branding of campaigns, following the EU communication guidelines closely.
- Work collaboratively with communication experts, content managers, and audiovisual teams to craft captivating visual content.
- Prepare design files suitable for print and online publication, ensuring superior production standards.
- Modify existing communication collateral into various formats and languages as needed.
- Contribute to the design of event materials, exhibition graphics, and promotional merchandise.
- Guarantee visual communication products' consistency, accessibility, and quality throughout all outputs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed degree or professional training equivalent in graphic design.
- Competent use of standard graphic design software applications.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Professional Experience
- At least two years of general experience in graphic design roles.
- Minimum of one year focused experience in creating visuals specifically for publicity campaigns or infographics.
