Role Summary

The Junior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial analysis and reporting activities, assisting with budgets, forecasts, and results analysis across multiple business units. Collaborating across departments, this role demands analytical problem-solving and resourcefulness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and detailed analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Analyze financial performance data of different business units and present summarized insights.
• Gather, review, and interpret data to identify trends and predict impacts on the organization.
• Create, update, and maintain financial models and documentation related to budgeting and projections.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to stay informed about business operations and initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement projects, ensuring new procedures are implemented and documented properly.
• Prepare and maintain reporting required by the Accounting team for monthly financial close activities.
• Provide support for various ad-hoc financial projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance or Accounting is mandatory.
• Between one to two years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working autonomously and fostering relationships at all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and comfortable with handling large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI and Looker is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
