Junior Data Analyst

Role overview

This part-time onsite position is for an entry-level Data Analyst who will help turn raw information into useful business insights. The role focuses on gathering data, checking its quality, organizing it for analysis, and preparing reports that support day-to-day operations and broader decision-making.

You will work with information coming from more than one source and help ensure it is cleaned, structured, and ready for review. The position also involves supporting senior analysts and other teams with routine analytical work, basic trend identification, and consistent data maintenance.

What you will do

• Gather data from different sources, then clean and arrange it for analysis
• Carry out simple analyses to spot patterns and early trends
• Check records for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Maintain datasets and keep data notes or documentation up to date
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and summary updates
• Handle routine analysis requests and ad-hoc data tasks
• Work with analysts and stakeholders to clarify reporting needs
• Record methods used, assumptions made, and source information
• Support operational reporting and performance monitoring
• Follow established data quality and governance practices
