Role Overview

The Junior Art Department Associate will be based full-time on-site in New York, NY, contributing vital support to the creative team. The individual will assist with daily art department operations such as producing model digitals and organizing image archives. Close collaboration with stylists and agents is essential to maintain visual materials that reflect Ford Models' signature style and image direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with creating high-quality digitals of models.
• Perform basic image retouching and prepare visual decks showcasing models.
• Organize and maintain extensive image libraries to ensure accessibility and order.
• Coordinate with external vendors regarding printing and production requirements.
• Work collaboratively with stylists and agents to align materials with brand standards.
• Adapt to a fast-moving, deadline-intensive environment while maintaining precision and clarity in communication.

Skill and Qualification Requirements

• Proven ability to produce excellent model digitals.
• Competence in graphic design and art direction to assist branding and campaign efforts.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Relevant academic background or coursework in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with reliability and the capacity to juggle multiple assignments under tight schedules.
