Role Summary

The Junior Architect will contribute to the design and implementation of architectural projects by assisting senior architects and project leads. Key responsibilities include developing architectural concepts and detailed designs, producing presentations and documentation, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and ensuring designs comply with applicable codes and standards. The role requires regular site visits for measurements and basic oversight to preserve design accuracy throughout construction phases. Revisions to drawings in response to feedback and project needs are also part of the duties. This full-time position is based on-site in Indore, involving close teamwork to achieve high-quality project results.

Qualifications and Skills

• Sound knowledge in Architecture and Architectural Design, capable of creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Basic awareness of software development and integration concerning design tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM) platforms, and workflows.
• Familiarity with Project Management practices, including planning, coordination, and monitoring design deliverables.
• Proficient with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, plus visualization tools.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Understanding of building codes, materials, construction methodologies, and sustainable design principles.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and time management capabilities, with readiness to work on-site regularly in Indore.
• Detail-oriented attitude, eagerness to learn, and available for immediate joining.
