  • Review appraisals (including FHA DE program, VA SAR, and Portfolio Jumbo) to ensure completeness and adherence to appraisal standards and FHA/VA mandates.
  • Possess knowledge of FHA Streamline and VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loans (IRRLS).
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment, managing multiple transactions simultaneously under pressure.
  • Understand all Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) underwriting requirements comprehensively.
  • Have insight into operational duties related to purchasing and transferring whole loan assets concerning credit quality.
  • Demonstrate negotiation and problem-solving expertise.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and presenting analysis and recommendations.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships internally and externally and collaborate productively within a professional team.
