Key Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store facilities
• Clean and sanitize showers and restroom areas
• Handle washing, loading, and unloading of towels used for showers
• Perform general repair and maintenance tasks within the store
• Collect and dispose of trash around the travel center premises
• Deliver excellent guest service by ensuring the facilities are well-kept and inviting

Qualifications and Requirements

• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to tasks
• Capable of effective teamwork and collaboration
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and days
• Preferred: Previous experience in a similar cleaning or maintenance role
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues

Compensation and Benefits

Pay rates start between $11.85 and $17.25 per hour. Benefits for full-time employees include weekly pay, a 15-cent per gallon fuel discount, complimentary daily meals, affordable health plans starting at $10, paid time off, and family leave.
