Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first contact for on-site IT inquiries, providing 1st and 2nd level support.
  • Manage workplace and client IT assets including installing, configuring, and maintaining end devices and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently during day-to-day operations.
  • Support the central service desk as needed and assist with IT rollouts and standardization efforts.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Completed IT-related training or equivalent qualification with several years of experience in IT support, preferably in onsite or workplace environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, client hardware, and peripherals.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
  • Independent, service-focused approach with pragmatic problem-solving skills when working directly with users.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset willing to collaborate across locations and provide service desk support as needed.
  • Fluent German and good English skills in both written and spoken forms.
