IT Support Analyst

About the Role

Luxon Pay is seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support Analyst to join their Technology team, supporting an international and distributed workforce in the UK, fully remote. This position involves being the primary contact for internal IT support, working closely with the Senior IT Manager to manage user support, device provisioning, access control, and IT security across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing first-level IT support to all staff within the business.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on both Windows and macOS platforms.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes including access management.
• Administering user accounts and permissions via Microsoft Entra ID.
• Enrolling and managing devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Preparing laptops and necessary equipment for new hires.
• Maintaining updated records of IT assets and inventory.
• Creating clear and accessible IT documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
• Supporting device security including access reviews and audits.
• Contributing to improvements in IT processes to reduce recurring issues.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess approximately 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, or similar technical roles.
• Skilled in troubleshooting common problems with hardware, software, and access permissions.
• Comfortable assisting non-technical users with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments, Windows and/or macOS is essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, mobile device management (MDM), identity and access management, SaaS administration, or endpoint security is advantageous.
• Highly organized, approachable, curious, and willing to take initiative in problem-solving and learning.
